By completing the Latina21.com payment form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions about to be stated in this agreement. These terms and conditions can be changed at any given time and changes are at the sole decision of Latina21.com. It is the individual and/or members responsibility to refer to this agreement for changes made within. Upon submission of the payment process join form the individual shall then be deemed as a "member" of Latina21.com and has also agreed to these terms and conditions.

After agreeing to these terms and conditions and become a member, you are then responsible for paying membership fees on a periodic basis. Failure to pay these fees on the required due date will result in the immediate cancellation of your membership to Latina21.com.

For overall ease of use with our system and satisfaction, all memberships will automatically renew upon expiration of your current term unless you cancel your subscription a minimum of 5 days prior to the end of your current subscription term.

To cancel your recurring membership, please refer to the support page of this website. All information involved in canceling your subscription is listed there with elicits instructions on how to do so. There will be NO cancellations accepted via email and the support page. The cancellation process is very simple and can be utilized without difficulty.

Any liability of Latina21.com includes and without limitation under any course of action, will be limited to the amount paid by a member.

Under no circumstances is distribution and sharing of your members access (username and password) permitted. Violating this agreement will automatically result in the cancellation of your membership permanently. Under law, Latina21.com WILL hold the member liable for unauthorized breaches of membership.

As an added security measure, Latina21.com is equipped with software to automatically monitor the overall bandwidth and subnet mask activity within its member's area. This activity is NOT SHARED however it provides information that will in fact limit your download bandwidth to 5000 Megabytes (5GB) of content daily. This software also monitors all IP address activity as well as subnet activity to ensure a single location of log in and not multiple instances. If the member exceeds these precautions taken, your username and password will be suspended for a total of 24 hours, and you will be informed via your suscription email.

Any and all information that is transmitted utilizing electronic mail (email) is deemed as public domain information.

Purchased memberships ARE NOT transferable to any other individuals and/or businesses.

Support for download management and accelerators are not supported. Latina21.com support page contains all information regarding compatible and supported software.

Members are responsible for obtaining all necessary hardware, software, and/or equipment necessary to gain access to the members section.

Latina21.com reserves the right to refuse membership to any individual or business and the right to cancel any membership without prior warning.

Latina21.com does not offer any type of guarantee and/or warranty regarding any aspect of the service provided to the member whether it be service provided by PacinosAdventures.com or a third party.

All content including but not limited to designs, programming, images, photos, sounds, videos, zip files is the sole property of Latina21.com and is not authorized for third party distribution. Failure to abide by this agreement will result in immediate cancellation of your membership.
